The 'Campaigning to Win' conference was designed to advance the organising agenda for unions through a focus on:
  • Unions developing an industry/sector plan;
  • Having the capacity to implement it; and
  • The internal management and accountabilities to make it happen.

These three elements formed the basis of the conference.  They were central to the Canberra union leaders conference where they were 'affirmed' as the basic building blocks for building our power in our industries and sectors.
