Standing Up for Indigenous Employment Rights - ACTU Indigenous Conference 2008
The ACTU Indigenous Conference is being held in Adelaide on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 May, 2008. The ACTU would welcome participation of Indigenous and non-Indigenous unionists in this event. In particular, the Committee would welcome support from union leaders at state and national levels.
To ensure the success of this important initiative it is essential that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander union members, from a wide variety of unions, participate in the conference.
Registration is $110 (inc. GST) which includes printed material, morning and afternoon tea and lunch during the event. If you wish to attend you are encouraged to book accommodation as soon as possible.
