Unions seeking call centre services can save time and money using the Member Connect 100% Union owned Call Centre.

Campaigning resource
The call centre continues to back up unions and the ACTU during major campaigns. The call centre has been at the heart of the Your Rights at Work Campaign for union members and those within the community wanting to get involved. The call centre also provides polling for the ACTU during campaigns.
Working with unions
The ACTU Member Connect call centre has proved to be a significant resource for unions. Over the past 5 years we have worked with many unions on different projects. Included in the projects were:
- Contacting unfinancial members
- Member/non-member/activist polling
- Exit interview for resigned members
- Welcome calls for new members
- Pre-campaign or enterprise bargaining polling
The staff at the call centre
Member Connect has employed union delegates from call centres or union/community activists to work full time in the call centre. All staff undergo organising training with the ACTU Organising Centre.
