AustralianSuper is a truly member-focused fund, run only to profit members and does not pay shareholders or commission agents. AustralianSuper operates in all States and Territories in Australia in order to look after the needs of members and participating employers.

AustralianSuper is one of Australia's largest superannuation funds, with over 1.3 million members and more than $28 billion in funds under management. That's more than 1 in 10 working Australians drawn from over 110,000 workplaces.

Formed from a merger of ARF and STA on 30 June 2006, AustralianSuper is one of the largest Industry Super Funds and it caters to members and employers in any industry.

The AustralianSuper Trustee Board is made up of six member representatives, six employer representatives and one independent director.
